Hi, I bought Amuzika and we have had a great time with it. I find that some glasses go ‘dead’ after a short while and don’t sound very good. Why is this and can I stop it happening?

The glasses go dead due to the formation of air bubbles which can be cleared by stirring the glass. The best way to ensure the glasses don’t go ‘dead’ is to boil water and let it cool before filling the glasses. They will then sound clearly all evening (and for several days after that).
